Although the internet is an exciting and fun place for adults and children to use and explore educationally and socially, the challenge for parents, carers and teachers is to make sure our children are aware and understand how to be safe when using the internet and related technologies.
Smartphone Free Childhood 
As a school we promote Smartphone Free Childhood, a community of over 350,000 parents across the UK who are making the decision to give their children a smartphone free childhood.
Smartphone Free Childhood say that:

🧑Teachers say smartphones are affecting learning, friendships and focus
🏥 Doctors link smartphones to the teen mental health crisis
📵 Young people wish technology didn’t have such a hold on their lives
